Father’s Day Weekend for Families at Sandy Island?

The history of this weekend begins as “International weekend at Sandy Island”. It started years ago as a cooperation between the International and Camping Services branches of the Greater Boston YMCA. Today the tradition continues with many of the International families that have been coming to enjoy Sandy Island for years, but the event is open to all that want to experience our wonderful camp! As a pre-season event, Sandy Island will be operating with limited program staff. The program schedule is coordinated by long time returning campers. This weekend is a great way to experience the Island for the first time if you never have, but has also earned a loyal following of returners.

When?

Join us on the evening of Friday June 13th and stay through lunch on Sunday June 15th

What is included with Tuition?

• A Lakeside cabin with sizes available for individuals all the way up to families of 10!
• Boat to/from Sandy Island
• Snack Friday night, 3 meals on Saturday and 2 meals on Sunday
• Tennis courts , ball fields
• Bocce, ping pong, games
• Nature trails, birds, deer!
• International theme party/talent show
• Beaches, swimming, canoeing, kayaking*
• Campfire with S’mores!
