Our three New Hampshire overnight camps have a lot in common and many of our camping families have connections to multiple camps. The Camping Board and the year-round camp team want to help all our alumni to remain connected to each other and to their camps. Please visit one, or all, of our camp’s alumni pages to learn about upcoming events, volunteering or visiting camp, meet the Board, and to read each camp’s newsletters.

Join us for a special volunteer day at North Woods and Pleasant Valley Camp as we set up our garden and composting areas for the upcoming season.
Volunteers will help prepare garden beds, plant the first crops, and set up new cooking equipment. After lunch, we will spend time discussing plans for this summer’s garden and composting program, including ways volunteers can stay involved throughout the season.
We are especially excited to connect with camp families, alumni, and staff who are interested in becoming more involved with our gardening and composting programs in the future.
This is a great opportunity to support one of camp’s most exciting initiatives while helping us lay the groundwork for a successful growing season.

The YGB Games is an annual corporate team-building event designed to support a culture of giving back through friendly competition and community impact.
Teams compete in games like dodgeball, basketball, and other team challenges to see who comes out on top, all while raising funds that help improve the lives of youth and families across the Greater Boston community.
North Woods and Pleasant Valley Camps are looking for sponsors for our camp team or teams, as well as alumni, staff, and friends of camp who are interested in joining our team and competing with us.
If camp is one of the winning teams, we will earn money toward our camper scholarship fund, helping more campers experience a summer at North Woods and Pleasant Valley.
This is a fun way to reconnect, represent camp, and support the broader YMCA of Greater Boston community.

Program Mentorship Weekend invites alumni back to camp for a meaningful start to the summer. This special weekend is all about connection and impact, giving alumni the chance not just to lend a hand, but to work side-by-side with our current staff as they prepare their program areas for the season ahead.
For years, alumni have played a vital role in setting up sailing, photography, and riflery, and this summer we are expanding that tradition across every program area.
Whether you are sharing technical skills, offering creative ideas, or simply passing down the spirit and traditions that shaped your time at camp, your presence helps set the tone for the entire summer. It is a chance to reconnect, give back, and help ensure that the next generation of campers and staff experiences the same magic that meant so much to all of us.

The following 2026 alumni event calendar highlights our flagship on-site events for the year. These events are described in greater detail below.
Additional alumni opportunities, including regional gatherings and Zoom chapels, will be shared as planning continues.
There are several opportunities to visit our camps throughout the summer and into the fall. If you are interested in attending any of these events, please complete the interest form below so we can plan ahead and follow up with you individually.
Our Alumni Summer Visit Days will take place on Saturdays in the middle of each camp session. Alumni are invited to arrive mid-morning, take a tour of camp, enjoy lunch in the Great Hall, and then help lead or visit some of their old activity programs in the afternoon.
Afterward, alumni are welcome to stay for dinner in the Great Hall or head into Wolfeboro for a meal with other alumni in town.
This is a wonderful opportunity to be back at camp while camp is in session!
With enough interest, we are also hoping to launch our first Fall Alumni Camp Weekend. If you are not able to take a full week off for Family Camp, this weekend will offer another chance to come back and enjoy camp.
Gather a group of your old camp friends and return to camp for time on the waterfront, opportunities to participate in favorite activities again, and an evening social.

Our Alumni Map is a growing snapshot of where camp has taken us. From nearby towns to communities across the country, and even around the world, it shows just how far the camp community reaches.
More than just pins on a map, it is a way to rediscover old friendships, spark new connections, and remind ourselves that no matter where life takes us, we are still part of something shared.
Whether you are looking to reconnect, network, or simply see who is nearby, the map helps bring our community a little closer together.
If you would like to place your pin on the map, please know that it only asks for your hometown. It does not ask for your address or exact current location.
North Woods Camp is turning 100, and Pleasant Valley Camp is turning 60. We want you there to celebrate!
Over Labor Day Weekend 2028, alumni of all ages are invited back to camp for a once-in-a-lifetime reunion on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee.
The weekend will include banquets, camp tours, games, activities, and plenty of time to reconnect with old friends while making new memories at camp. Whether you were here last summer or decades ago, this is your chance to come home and be part of camp history.
RSVP details are coming soon!
If you already know you plan to attend and would prefer to stay off-site, we recommend looking into hotels soon. Wolfeboro can get quite busy around Labor Day Weekend.
Want to Help Plan the Reunion?
We would love to hear from alumni who are interested in helping shape this special weekend. If you would like to be involved in reunion planning, please connect with Ethan Beatty.
