Part-Time Office Manager and NW/PVC Registrar
Debbie has been coming to Lake Winnipesaukee her entire life and has even spent a few years on Sandy Island with her family. After spending 23 years in Acton, MA, she now calls Gilford her home. She enjoys spending time outdoors on the lake and in the mountains.

Pleasant Valley Director
Beth joined the Pleasant Valley Team in June of 2016 serving as the Middler Village Leader for the summer. In the fall Beth moved to a year-round position as the Assistant Director and Group Rental Administrator. In 2019, Beth stepped up as PVC Director. Working at camp year-round allows Beth to be actively involved at PVC in the summers as well as balancing a year-round role for the YMCA of Great Boston.

North Woods Director
Jago is in his 20th year of working at North Woods Camp. During his years, he has served in many roles from CIT Director, Leadership Director, Program Director, Assistant Director and Camp Director since 2016. Jago's favorite place on camp is the ropes course and he fondly remembers his summers as Ropes Director. Jago moved from Nottingham, England to NW in April of 2022 and is enjoying being part of the year-round team in person.

SANDY ISLAND REGISTRAR
Leah Tinstman is a long time Sandy Island Week 3 camper. She is a retired Coast Guard Officer who served on Active Duty for 26 years before retiring in 2015. She is currently residing in San Ana, Costa Rica with her husband Commander Lance Tinstman who is serving at the United States Embassy in San Jose, and her son Lance Junior who is in 4th grade. While living in Costa Rica they enjoy hiking in the jungle, traveling, surfing and learning Spanish. Pura Vida!

Mark is in his 30th year of working within the YMCA movement. During his career, he has served in several leadership roles with YMCAs in five different states. Mark has been a part of our camps since 2014. He and his family moved to NH in 2021 and he is excited to be working on Lake Winnipesaukee year-round.
