To be placed on the waitlist or to maintain your position on the waitlist from the previous year, you must register to be placed on the waitlist here: REGISTER HERE. There is a $25 annual waitlist fee to be included on the waitlist. Returning campers or those on the waitlist from the previous year must re-register for the waitlist by the application deadline and pay the annual $25 waitlist fee to maintain their position. Campers on a previous year waitlist that do not register by the October 1st deadline will be removed from the current year waitlist.
Campers will receive a confirmation email once the added to the wait list.
We encourage families to check as many weeks as possible on the application to allow more opportunity to obtain a room/cabin. You will not be charged extra to apply for additional waitlist weeks and you will not be charged a deposit or tuition until you are enrolled into a room or cabin by the Registrar.
We will begin filling vacancies off the waitlist once all Right of First Refusal Campers (returning campers) are placed in their cabins. Once those vacancies are filled, we will fill vacancies based on cancellations. We are unable to anticipate vacancies due to cancellations.
If you have questions about the waitlist or your current waitlist status, please email: Ltinstman@ymcaboston.org.
The Cabin Assignment Policy and guidance is available here: Unified-Terms-Conditions-and-Policies-for-Campers.pdf
