Evie is our Sunshine Import from Nuneaton, UK, and the maestro of all thing’s camper-related at Pleasant Valley! This marks her third summer with us, and she's back for round two as the Camper Liaison – making every camper's journey as smooth as a slide down the camp zip line. When not at camp, Evie wears her mental health superhero cape, having worked as an Assistant Psychologist in a Crisis Team and this past winter she spent teaching in the south of France. Since 2019, she's been weaving her magic on Sandy Island, starting as the Craft Shop overseer, and swiftly ascending to the role of Assistant Director. Island Love: As a lifelong sandy-ite camper, Leea is the heartbeat of Sandy Island, radiating wisdom, kindness, and love in every corner.
Leea's Role: She's not just an Assistant Director; she's the Chief Problem Fixer, ensuring every challenge at camp is met with a sprinkle of her magic. Ying to Peter Pan's Yang: In the camp universe, Leea is the perfect counterbalance to Peter Pan, harmonizing wisdom and fun like a camp symphony. Have a camp quandary?
