Camp Paperwork and Resources
Paperwork FAQ’s
Camper Paperwork is due May 1st. Please make every effort to have it completed by that date.
Forms may be completed on your phone or by using the CAMPANION APP (Same login credentials as Camp In Touch. Forms may also be completed online by using CAMP IN TOUCH.
Important Things to Note:
Allergy and Asthma Action Plan and EPI PEN and Inhaler Permission are NOT REQUIRED, only if needed.
Physician’s exams need to be within 12 months of camp to be current. You may upload the School/Camp form from the physician or have the physician complete our forms. If the Mental Health form appears in the “Forms and Documents” tab, then you need to complete it.
Have the camper’s medical insurance cards ready for the Parent Authorization form.

Packing for Camp
We recommend that you pack with your child so they know what they have packed and to use suitcases, large duffels, or luggage with wheels that easily can be stored under your campers bed. Do not pack anything of value. Laundry will be offered on every Friday for campers who wish to utilize it. Don’t forget to label everything!
We are a technology free camp so do not pack any electronic devices including cell phones – they will be taken and held if found.
